IMA – AZ Valley of the Sun Chapter Newsletter The Roadrunner Newsletter Deadlines (Sponsors - would you like to advertise in our newsletter? Click here for rates and specifications or here to get a .pdf copy) The IMA Valley of the Sun Chapter produces a monthly newsletter that is hosted on our website in a .pdf format and archived for three years. Once a month, an email is sent to our membership referencing the latest newsletter in a hyperlink. The newsletter provides up-to-date information on events, meetings, and information concerning our chapter and national organization. The IMA Valley of the Sun Chapter is always accepting articles, events, and other time sensitive newsworthy items. Submittal Requirements: All articles and information must be received by the dates below to be included in The Roadrunner; the IMA Valley of the Sun Chapter’s monthly newsletter. Ad Specifications: · Ads should be submitted in digital format via email to Debbie Michalowski: deb@dcmaccounting.com · Please include your company name in the ad file name. If the ad is for a specific issue, also include the issue date in the ad name. · Submit ads in .jpg or .gif format. Resolution for all logos and images should be no larger than 40K. · All ads will be printed “as is”. IMA Valley of the Sun Chapter does not provide design service. IMA Valley of the Sun Chapter cannot guarantee print quality or specific placement within the newsletter. · Ads not provided in digital format will incur a $10 charge for scanning and archiving to digital format. Deadlines: Both artwork and payment must be received no later than the newsletter deadlines, as per the schedule on “Newsletter Deadlines”. Email your artwork to Debbie Michalowski as outlined above.
