During his career, he has managed both people and technology in various leadership positions. He believes that technological innovation requires the implementation of technology and the integration of humans that will interact with the technology. While most firms are good with technological implementation, organizational strategy requires careful consideration and planning for human interaction with that technology. Greg has developed a Professional Development model that helps people manage development similar to the way they manage a project. His model has been used by multiple organizations to diagnose and understand organizational adaptive effectiveness.
