The Institute of Management Accountants would like to thank you for reserving a place at our technical session and dinner function.  We understand that our profession can be very busy and hectic at times.  As you are aware, our group is a non-profit organization and does not have much in the way of excess funds.  In our agreement with the Radisson Hotel, we must pay for the number of meals we reserve.  However, the hotel is willing to let us cancel any reservations so long as the cancellation is provided to them before 10:00 am on the Friday before the date of the event.

In the event that you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact Kathleen Moren at kathleen.moren@gmail.com or at (623) 363-7797 to cancel your reservation by 10:00 am on Friday before  the date of the event.  If a cancellation is not made, the member, guest or student will be billed for the dinner reservation.  Thank you for your understanding.
